- 🍗 100g chicken breast
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 🥦 1 broccoli, chopped
- đź§„ 10 cloves garlic, sliced
Seasonings

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
STEPS
Soak broccoli in water with 1 tbsp vinegar for 5 minutes, rinse, chop, and blanch in boiling water for 1 minute.
Dice the tomato into large chunks after washing with water and vinegar.
Slice chicken breast into small pieces along the grain.
Slice garlic cloves and prepare minced garlic.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a wok over low heat and sauté minced garlic until golden.
Add sliced garlic and stir-fry briefly.
Add diced tomato and stir-fry until it starts releasing juices.
Add blanched broccoli and stir-fry until combined.
Season with 2 pinches of salt and 1 tbsp oyster sauce, mixing quickly.
Add chicken breast and stir-fry over medium heat until cooked through.
Simmer until the stew is slightly thickened, then serve immediately.
