- đź§‚ 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of chili powder
STEPS
Dice zucchini, onion, chicken breast, and fish cake into bite-sized pieces. Rinse fish cake in cold water.
Prepare the sauce by mixing water, sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, corn syrup, and chili powder in a bowl.
Beat 2 eggs lightly in a bowl. For a richer dish, use 4 eggs for 2 servings.
Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the diced chicken breast, fish cake, zucchini, and onion until partially cooked.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and simmer until the vegetables are fully cooked and the sauce is absorbed.
Add the beaten eggs to the pan and turn off the heat immediately. Let the eggs cook slightly in the residual heat.
Serve the dish by placing cooked rice on a plate and topping it with the chicken and vegetable mixture.
