INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 600g chicken breast
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 🌾 1/2 cup flour
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🍞 1 cup breadcrumbs
Seasonings

STEPS
Wash the chicken breast and drain the water.
Soak the chicken breast in milk for 30 minutes to remove odor and tenderize.
Drain the chicken breast and pat dry.
Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Coat the chicken slices with flour on both sides.
Dip the floured chicken slices into beaten eggs.
Cover the chicken slices generously with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan to about 5mm depth and fry the chicken cutlets until golden brown.
