    • 🍗 200g chicken breast
    • 1 green chili
    • 2 bay leaves

    • 5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 4 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp cooking wine
    • đź’§ 500ml water
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • A sprinkle of sesame seeds

Peel the boiled eggs and prepare sliced chicken breast.

Separate the chicken slices if they are stuck together. If unsliced, tear them into medium-thick pieces.

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn syrup, and sugar to create the braising sauce. Add 500ml water and stir well.

Place the boiled eggs in a pot, pour the soy sauce mixture over them, and add bay leaves and green chili. Simmer gently.

When the sauce reduces to half, add the chicken breast and cooking wine. Stir occasionally until the sauce reduces to one-third.

Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
