  • Vegetables

    • 🥕 1/2 carrot, sliced
    • 1/2 bunch komatsuna, chopped
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
    • 2 tbsp sake
    • 2 tbsp ponzu sauce

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Slice carrot into 5mm thick pieces and chop komatsuna into 3cm lengths.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook chicken over medium heat until its color changes.

Add carrot and stir briefly.

Add sake and ponzu sauce, cover the pan, and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.

Add komatsuna and steam for another 2 minutes, then uncover and cook over high heat until the liquid evaporates.
