INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 200g ground chicken
- 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
- enough salad oil for frying
- sweet chili sauce as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
STEPS
Remove the veins from the peeled shrimp, wash them with water, and pat them dry. Roughly chop the shrimp.
In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, chopped shrimp, and all the seasoning ingredients until the mixture becomes sticky.
Heat about 2cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Divide the mixture into 6 portions and use a spoon to scoop and drop them into the oil. Fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
Serve on a plate with sweet chili sauce on the side.
