STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Trim the stems of the shishito peppers.

Remove excess oil using a paper towel. Add shishito peppers and stir-fry briefly. Mix in mayonnaise and oyster sauce, then sprinkle black pepper. Serve on a plate.
