INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 8 shishito peppers
- 🍅 10 cherry tomatoes
- đź§… 1/2 onion
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- đź’§ 400cc water
- Grated cheese to taste
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- đź§‚ 2/3 tsp salt
STEPS
Trim the stems of shishito peppers, halve the cherry tomatoes, and cut the onion into bite-sized pieces.
Mince the garlic and cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant.
Add chicken pieces and cook over medium heat until browned on the surface.
Add onion, shishito peppers, and cherry tomatoes, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add curry powder and mix well, then pour in water. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over medium to low heat for 8 minutes.
Add sake, ketchup, tonkatsu sauce, and salt. Stir and cook for 1 more minute before turning off the heat. Serve in bowls and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
