INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), thinly sliced
- 🍄 1/2 pack (50g) shimeji mushrooms, trimmed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic

- 🧈 20g salted butter
STEPS
Thinly slice the onion and trim the shimeji mushrooms, separating them into small clusters.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix chicken, onion, shimeji mushrooms, sake, salt, pepper, and garlic paste. Divide the mixture into two portions and place each on a sheet of aluminum foil. Add 10g of butter to each portion and seal tightly.
Place the foil packets in a pan with 1cm of water. Heat over medium until boiling, then cover and steam over low-medium heat for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
