INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 200g diced chicken breast
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 medium potato, diced
Seasoning

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
STEPS
Boil the diced potato in salted water for 5 minutes and drain.
In a skillet, sauté diced chicken breast in 1 tsp of olive oil over medium heat until it's cooked through.
Add the boiled potatoes to the skillet and cook together for another 5 minutes.
Make small wells in the skillet, crack the eggs into the wells and cover the pan. Cook until the eggs are set.
Season with salt and black pepper, and serve hot.
