    • 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), sliced

    • 1 tsp consomme powder
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Base

    • 4 tbsp okara powder
    • đź’§ 200cc water
    • 🥛 200cc unsweetened soy milk

STEPS

Dice the potato, slice the carrot, and quarter the onion. Soak the potato in water and drain.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned for 3-4 minutes. Add potato, carrot, and onion, and sauté until the onion softens.

Add okara powder and stir until well combined. Gradually add water while mixing. Add consomme, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Add soy milk and heat over medium heat until warmed through.
