INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
Vegetables
- 🍄 8 mushrooms, halved
- đź§„ 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 sprigs parsley, minced
Spices
- 1 chili, halved and deseeded
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Liquids
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Cut the mushrooms in half lengthwise. Crush the garlic. Mince the parsley. Halve and deseed the chili.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and rub with sake.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat. Once fragrant, add the chicken skin-side down and cook on medium heat until browned. Flip the chicken, cover, and steam on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add chili and mushrooms to the pan, stir-frying until the mushrooms soften. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley, then stir quickly to combine.
