- 10g vermicelli

Soup Base

- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- đź’§ 300ml hot water
STEPS
Sprinkle sake over the chicken breast, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let cool and shred by hand. Slice the white part of the green onion into rings.
Add shredded chicken, green onion, halved vermicelli, and all soup base ingredients into a thermos or soup jar. Seal the lid tightly.
