- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 1 piece (150g) fried tofu
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- đź§… Pinch of chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- đź’§ 50cc water
STEPS
Press the fried tofu with kitchen paper to remove excess oil, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl and mix with sake, salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, flipping occasionally. Add the fried tofu and stir-fry briefly, then add the seasoning mixture and simmer until thickened.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
