- 🥚 Eggs 2
- 🌱 Scallions 2 stalks (minced)
- Ginger 1 knob (sliced)
- Soy sauce 1 teaspoon

- đź’§ Water 500ml
- Cornstarch 1 teaspoon (dissolved in water)
STEPS
Heat water in a pot and add ginger to simmer.
Cut chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pot. Simmer until cooked through.
Gradually add the cornstarch slurry to the pot to thicken the soup.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pot and heat until gently set.
Season with soy sauce and salt, then sprinkle scallions on top to finish.
