INGREDIENTS
Dumplings
- 🌾 2 tablespoons flour, all purpose

- 1 dash baking powder
- đź§‚ 1 pinch salt
- 🥛 3 tablespoons milk
Chicken Soup Base
- 🍲 1 cup chicken broth, low-sodium
- 🍗 1 cup chicken, cooked and diced
- 1 dash black pepper
STEPS
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.
Mix flour and water in a pan until smooth.
Slowly stir in chicken broth and cook over medium heat until thickened.
Add cooked chicken, a pinch of salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
Prepare dumpling dough: Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and milk in a small bowl until a dough forms.
Drop dumpling dough from a tablespoon onto gently boiling chicken mixture to form 4 dumplings.
Cover the pan tightly and cook slowly for 15 minutes without lifting the lid.
