- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast, skinless
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 🥬 1/6 head (200g) cabbage
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
Toppings
- đź§€ 2 tbsp grated cheese
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🌿 A pinch of chopped parsley
STEPS
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into thin strips.
Thinly slice the cabbage and carrot.
Layer the bean sprouts, cabbage, and carrot in a pot. Place the chicken on top, sprinkle with sake and salt, and drizzle with olive oil. Cover with a lid and cook over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Sprinkle grated cheese, black pepper, and parsley on top. Mix well before serving.
