    • 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
  • Vegetables

    • 🥦 4 stalks (80g) asparagus
  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Cooking Oil

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
  • Sauces

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Trim the asparagus by cutting off the tough ends and peeling the lower half with a peeler. Slice diagonally into 3cm pieces.

Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the asparagus to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Add the sauce mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce) and stir to combine.
