INGREDIENTS

Seasoning

- 🌰 1/3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/3 tbsp sesame oil

STEPS
Separate bok choy leaves and stems. Boil the stems first in a pot of water.
Add the leaves after a short delay and blanch them briefly.
Rinse the blanched bok choy under cold running water to cool them down.
