Protein
- 🍗 300g chicken breast
Noodles
- 1 pack udon noodles
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 handful carrot
- đź§… 1 handful onion
- 1 handful cabbage
- 1-2 green chili peppers
- đź§„ 2 cloves garlic
Cheese
- đź§€ 1 handful mozzarella cheese
Seasonings
- 3-4 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- 3-4 dashes black pepper
STEPS
Rinse chicken breast under running water and pat dry.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with salt, black pepper, and cooking wine.
Chop carrot, onion, cabbage, and green chili peppers into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic.
Mix gochujang, doubanjiang, oyster sauce, chili powder, corn syrup, and minced garlic with 3 tbsp water to create the sauce.
Heat chili oil in a pan and stir-fry carrot and marinated chicken.
Add onion and stir-fry until translucent, then add cabbage, green chili peppers, and the prepared sauce.
Boil udon noodles separately and add them to the pan. Mix in ketchup and chili powder.
Transfer the stir-fry to a heatproof dish, top with mozzarella cheese, and melt the cheese using a microwave or stovetop.
