    • 🥓 70g block bacon
    • 🐙 100g boiled octopus
  • Cheese / Dairy

    • 🧀 4 slices (70g) Camembert cheese
  • Vegetables

    • 🧄 1 clove garlic
  • Seasoning

    • 150cc olive oil
    • Sliced chili to taste
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.

Cut block bacon into 1cm slices, then cut each slice into 1cm cubes. Slice boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

In a pan, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat. Once fragrant, add bacon and octopus, cooking over medium heat for 3–5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add Camembert cheese.
