INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 160g chamnamul
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Prepare chamnamul by soaking it in water to remove dirt and impurities.
Rinse chamnamul thoroughly and drain using a sieve.
Cut chamnamul into 5cm lengths.
Slice onion and carrot thinly.
Combine chamnamul, onion, and carrot in a mixing bowl.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chili powder, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to the bowl.
Gently mix the ingredients by hand, being careful not to damage the chamnamul.
