STEPS
Wash 130g of chamnamul thoroughly and trim any damaged parts.
Blanch the chamnamul in boiling water for about 20 seconds, then squeeze out excess water.
Chop the blanched chamnamul into bite-sized pieces.
Combine 1/3 tbsp gochujang, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp doenjang, 2 tbsp sesame oil, and a pinch of sesame seeds.
Mix the chamnamul with the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
Serve immediately or store in a container for later consumption.
