INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 100g noodles
Vegetables
- 60g chamnamul
Bibim Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground sesame
- 1 green chili
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
Toppings
- 1 handful seaweed flakes
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
STEPS
Boil noodles in salted water, adding cold water two to three times as it boils. Pre-boil the egg for topping.
Rinse the noodles under cold water, rubbing them to remove excess starch, and drain well.
Wash and chop chamnamul into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all bibim sauce ingredients in a bowl. Adjust vinegar quantity if using double-strength vinegar.
Mix noodles with the bibim sauce first, then add chamnamul once noodles are evenly coated.
Plate the noodles, sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds generously, and garnish with seaweed flakes and boiled egg.
