    • 2 tbsp vinegar
    • 2 tbsp fish sauce
    • đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • đź’§ 100ml water

Prepare enoki mushrooms by trimming the base and separating them. Slice onion and julienne carrot. Cut chives to match the length of enoki mushrooms.

Mix the prepared vegetables with sugar, a pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper. Toss gently to combine.

Wash bean sprouts under running water and mix with 1 tsp salt. Set aside.

Blend peanut butter, sugar, vinegar, fish sauce, minced garlic, and water until smooth to make the peanut sauce.

Lay beef brisket slices flat, add a portion of seasoned vegetables, and roll tightly. Seal the ends with a small amount of flour.

Layer bean sprouts at the bottom of the steamer, then arrange the beef rolls on top with the sealed ends facing downward.

Steam over boiling water for 6-7 minutes until the beef is cooked through.

Serve the steamed beef rolls with peanut sauce on the side.
