INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g chadolbagi (thinly sliced beef brisket)
- 🥬 1 head lettuce, torn into pieces
- 🍅 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 handful fresh sprouts
- 🥚 1 boiled egg, sliced
- đź§€ 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Sauces
- 2 tbsp Oriental sauce
- 2 tbsp orange mango salad dressing
- 2 tbsp fresh mustard sauce
STEPS
Tear lettuce into pieces and soak in cold water for a few minutes.
Boil the egg, slice it thinly, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Pan-fry the chadolbagi briefly until cooked, then pat dry with a paper towel.
Arrange lettuce on a plate, followed by cherry tomatoes.
Slice the boiled egg into rounds and place them on top of the lettuce and tomatoes.
Cool the cooked chadolbagi in the freezer briefly, then place it on top of the vegetables.
Add fresh sprouts and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the salad.
Drizzle Oriental sauce over the salad and serve orange mango and mustard sauces on the side.
