    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

    • 2 tbsp cooking wine
    • A pinch of ground pepper

STEPS

Boil spaghetti in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and coat with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Slice garlic cloves, onion, and perilla leaves. Prepare them for cooking.

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, cooking wine, and pepper to create the sauce.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté sliced garlic until fragrant. Add sliced onion and cook together.

Remove garlic and onion from the pan. Add beef brisket and cook until browned. Dab excess oil with a paper towel.

Return garlic and onion to the pan with the beef.

Add cooked spaghetti to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
