INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 stalk celery with leaves
Noodles
- 20g vermicelli
Seaweed
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
STEPS
Separate celery stalks and leaves. Remove strings from the stalks and slice thinly. Chop the leaves into 5mm pieces. Cut vermicelli into manageable lengths.
Heat a pot with water and all seasonings (☆) over medium heat until boiling. Add celery stalks, wakame, and vermicelli. Simmer on low heat for 2 minutes until vermicelli softens.
Add celery leaves and drizzle sesame oil. Stir gently before serving.
