    • 🥬 2 stalks celery
    • 1 bell pepper (red or yellow)
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • Sauce

    • đź’§ 50ml water
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 🍶 1 tbsp sake
    • a pinch of black pepper
  • Thickener

    • đź’§ 2 tsp water
    • 1 tsp cornstarch

STEPS

Mix all the sauce ingredients (water, salt, chicken stock powder, sake, black pepper) in a bowl.

Remove the strings from the celery and slice diagonally.

Cut the bell pepper in half, remove seeds, and slice thinly.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add grated ginger, and stir until fragrant. Add the bell pepper and celery, then stir-fry.

Add the squid and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until cooked through.

Pour in the sauce and bring to a boil. Add the cornstarch slurry (water and cornstarch) and stir until the sauce thickens.
