- 🍗 250g chicken thigh

- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp consomme
- đź’§ 100ml water
STEPS
Remove the strings from the celery and cut into bite-sized pieces, separating the stalks and leaves. Cut the onion into wedges.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and grated garlic, cooking until the chicken changes color.
Add celery stalks and onion to the pan, stir-frying until softened.
Add the tomato sauce ingredients (salt, pepper, canned tomatoes, consomme, and water), mix well, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes. Add celery leaves and simmer for 1 more minute.
