  • Meat

    • 6 slices pork loin (120g)
  • Cheese / Dairy

    • đź§€ 3 slices camembert cheese (50g)
  • Vegetables

    • 🥦 6 florets cauliflower
  • Seasonings

    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 1 tbsp grain mustard
  • Breading

    • Sufficient amount of flour
    • 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
    • Sufficient amount of breadcrumbs
  • Oil

    • Sufficient amount of salad oil

STEPS

Cut the camembert cheese into halves.

Season the pork slices with salt and pepper. Place cauliflower and camembert cheese on each slice, then roll them up. Repeat to make 6 rolls.

Coat the rolls in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.

Heat 2cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Fry the rolls, turning occasionally, until golden brown.

Serve on a plate with grain mustard on the side.
