INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head cauliflower (180g)
- Chopped parsley, to taste
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g)
Dressing
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Pinch of pepper
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
STEPS
Separate the cauliflower into small florets and cut them in half. Place them in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients (sugar, salt, vinegar, pepper, and lemon juice).
Add the canned tuna (including the liquid) and cooked cauliflower to the dressing bowl. Mix well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
