INGREDIENTS

- 🥕 1 carrot, grated (150g)
Baking Mix
- 150g pancake mix
Eggs
- 🥚 1 egg
Sweeteners
- đź§‚ 40g sugar
Dairy
- 🥛 50ml milk
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Grate the carrot.
In a bowl, mix the egg and sugar with a whisk. Add milk and salad oil, mixing after each addition.
Add the grated carrot and pancake mix to the bowl and mix well. Divide the batter evenly into cups.
Place 3 layers of parchment paper in a frying pan, arrange the cups on top, and add water up to 1.5cm height. Heat on medium.
Once boiling, reduce to low heat, cover, and steam for 15 minutes.
Insert a skewer into the bread; if it comes out clean, remove the cups from the pan.
