INGREDIENTS

STEPS
Dice the carrots into 2 cm cubes. Smaller pieces will cook faster. Adjust size based on preference, keeping in mind they shrink during cooking.
Boil the diced carrots in water for about 5 minutes. Adjust boiling time based on the size of the carrot pieces.
Drain the boiled carrots and place them in a pot.
Add 1/2 cup water and 1 cup oligosaccharide syrup to the pot. Adjust the amount based on the quantity of carrots, ensuring they are partially submerged.
Simmer the carrots on medium heat for about 5 minutes, then reduce to low heat and continue simmering. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
As the carrots cook, they will shrink and change shape. Decide how much longer to cook based on your preferred texture and glaze consistency.
