    • 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), julienned
    • 🥬 100g spinach, chopped
  • Dressing

    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🌰 2 tbsp ground white sesame

Cut the spinach into 5cm pieces and julienne the carrot.

Boil water in a pot, cook the carrot for 2 minutes, then remove and let cool. In the same pot, boil the spinach for 1 minute, then transfer to cold water and drain.

Mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, sesame) in a bowl. Add the carrot and spinach, then toss to combine.
