INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥕 50g carrot, sliced
- 🌱 20g shelled frozen edamame
Noodles
- 100g shirataki noodles, rinsed
Oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Soup Base
- đź’§ 200ml water
- 1/4 tsp consomme powder
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- đź§€ 1 tsp grated cheese
Topping
- đź§€ 1 tsp grated cheese
STEPS
Slice the carrot into thin pieces and rinse the shirataki noodles.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the carrot slices for 2–3 minutes.
Add water, consomme powder, salt, pepper, and 1 tsp of grated cheese to the pot. Stir well.
Add the shirataki noodles and edamame to the soup. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve the soup in bowls and sprinkle 1 tsp of grated cheese on top as garnish.
