INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, diced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauces
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Cut the carrot into thin half-moon slices. Remove the seeds and stem from the bell peppers, then dice them into 1cm pieces.
Season the pork with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and grated garlic, stir-frying until the pork changes color.
Add the carrot to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Then, add the bell peppers and stir-fry briefly. Finally, add the sauces (sake, oyster sauce, and mayonnaise) and mix well.
