INGREDIENTS

- 🥕 100g carrot, sliced thinly

- 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Condiments
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- Pinch of pepper

STEPS
Slice the carrot thinly into diagonal pieces after halving it lengthwise.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add the mackerel can. Stir and break apart the mackerel while lightly frying.
Add the sliced carrot and stir-fry over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Add ponzu sauce and pepper, then stir to combine evenly.
