INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
Protein
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥓 1 slice bacon, finely chopped
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Liquid
- đź’§ 2 tbsp water
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into 1cm strips, julienne the carrot, and finely chop the bacon.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add bacon and stir-fry. Add carrot and cabbage in sequence, then season with consomme powder, salt, and pepper. Divide into two portions and shape into round nests.
Create a hollow in the center of each nest and crack an egg into it. Add water around the nests, cover with a lid, and steam-fry over medium-low heat for about 2 minutes.
