    • 2 bell peppers, julienned
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder

Julienne the carrot and bell peppers. Remove seeds and pith from the bell peppers. Place them in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.

In a bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, and chicken broth powder. Add the carrot, bell peppers, tuna, and sesame seeds, then mix well.
