- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
Meat
- 2 slices bacon
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Cheese / Dairy

- 2 tsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise

STEPS
Cut bacon into 1cm strips. Place udon and bacon in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for the time indicated on the udon package.
Mix mayonnaise and concentrated soy sauce in the container. Add the heated udon and bacon, then mix well.
Transfer the udon and sauce mixture to a serving bowl. Top with bacon, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and finally place the egg yolk on top.
