- 280g radish, sliced

- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup canned mackerel liquid

Fish Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
STEPS
Slice the radish into thin pieces.
Prepare the radish seasoning by mixing chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, canned mackerel liquid, and garlic.
Place the sliced radish in a pan and pour the radish seasoning over it.
Cook the radish on medium heat until it softens.
Prepare the canned mackerel by draining excess liquid.
Once the radish is nearly cooked, place the canned mackerel on top.
Top the mackerel with the fish seasoning mixture.
