  • Meat

  • Cheese

    • 1 tsp consomme
    • 1 tbsp olive oil

Make 4 radial cuts in the Camembert cheese.

Cut the bacon into 7mm wide strips.

In a rice cooker, add soaked rice, seasonings (salt, consomme, olive oil), and water up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Place the Camembert cheese in the center and scatter the bacon around it. Cook using the regular rice setting.

Once cooked, remove the Camembert cheese and mix it into the rice by cutting through it. Serve the rice in bowls, top with Camembert cheese, sprinkle parsley, add egg yolks, and drizzle soy sauce.
