    • 1/2 tbsp ssamjang (Korean dipping sauce)
    • 1 tbsp perilla oil

STEPS

Finely chop the zucchini and onion.

Heat 1 tbsp of perilla oil in a pan and sauté the chopped zucchini and onion.

Add 1 cup of water to the pan.

Mix in the doenjang, gochujang, and ssamjang, then add the crumbled tofu.

Simmer until the sauce thickens and the liquid is mostly reduced.
