INGREDIENTS

- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage (300g)
Seasoning

- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Place the cabbage and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain the water and let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Add the cabbage and mix well. Let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
