STEPS
Separate the cabbage leaves and trim the base.
Blanch the cabbage in boiling water with 1/2 tbsp coarse salt for about 15 seconds.
Rinse the blanched cabbage under cold water and drain thoroughly.
Squeeze out excess water from the cabbage and chop it into small pieces.
Combine the chopped cabbage with soybean paste, plum syrup, oligosaccharide, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and sesame seeds in a mixing bowl.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until evenly coated.
