INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 15–20 cabbage leaves
- 1/2 chopped green chili
- 1/2 chopped red chili
Staples
- 🍚 1–1.5 cups cooked rice

Seasonings

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

- 1/2–1 tbsp soybean paste
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Trim the cabbage into square-shaped leaves.
Steam 15–20 cabbage leaves in a microwave steamer for 3–4 minutes.
Roll the steamed cabbage leaves tightly and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix cooked rice with salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Place a sheet of seaweed on a flat surface, layer with half a sheet for reinforcement, spread rice thinly, and add two rolled cabbage pieces.
Roll the ingredients tightly into a gimbap and slice into pieces.
Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing soybean paste, mayonnaise, corn syrup, sesame seeds, chopped green chili, and chopped red chili.
