INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
- đź§… 50g onion, sliced
Protein
- 2 slices ham
Seasoning
- đź§„ A pinch of grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Liquid
- đź’§ 500ml water
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Garnish
- A pinch of chopped parsley
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into 1cm strips and slice the onion thinly.
Cut the ham into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil and grated garlic in a pot over medium heat. Add cabbage and onion, stir until coated with oil.
Add water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Add ham and seasonings, mix well.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
