    • 🥛 200ml milk
  • Pantry

    • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp salad oil
    • Black pepper to taste
  • Seasonings

    • A pinch of pepper
    • 1 tsp consomme powder
    • đź’§ 200ml water

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the sausages diagonally into thin slices.

In a bowl, mix the shredded pizza cheese with the all-purpose flour.

Heat the salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the sausages and cabbage, and stir-fry until the oil coats the ingredients.

Add the seasonings (water, consomme, and pepper) to the pot and bring to a boil. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.

Once the cabbage is tender, add the milk and heat over medium heat until just before boiling. Stir in the cheese mixture and cook until the cheese melts and the soup thickens. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with black pepper.
