    • 🥬 1/8 head cabbage
    • 🥕 1/4 carrot (45g), julienned
  • Seaweed

    • 2 tbsp dried wakame
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp white sesame seeds

Rehydrate the dried wakame in a bowl of water, then drain and squeeze out excess water.

Cut the cabbage: slice the core into 1cm strips and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Sprinkle a small amount of salt on the cabbage, massage it, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then pat dry with paper towels.

Julienne the carrot into thin strips.

Mix the seasonings (salt, vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds) in a bowl. Add the wakame, cabbage, and carrot, then toss to combine.
